Software Field Service Engineer (Nordic & Baltics)

About the role

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a proactive Software Field Service Engineer to support its Varian oncology solutions across the Nordic and Baltic region. You will be the primary technical contact for customers, providing remote and on‑site assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure optimal system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers by troubleshooting software issues and delivering technical guidance both remotely and on‑site.
• Record all service activities accurately in company information systems and keep customer data up‑to‑date.
• Track support tickets, bugs, and feature requests, collaborating with escalation teams and developers as needed.
• Work with global colleagues on upgrades, projects, and complex problem resolution.
• Update the internal Knowledge Base with technical guides, tips, and documentation.
• Maintain safety standards and professional knowledge according to Siemens Healthineers guidelines.
• Participate in occasional on‑site installations and preventive maintenance visits across the region.
