SOC Analyst – Tier 1/2 (Cyber Security Operations)

About the role

Join DNV Cyber's Security Operations Center as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Analyst. You will monitor, analyse, and resolve cyber security incidents in real time, supporting customers across multiple industries and ensuring continuous protection of ICT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents 24/7 in a two‑shift rotation.
• Analyse logs, network traffic and other data to identify threats.
• Collaborate with customers and internal specialist teams to investigate and remediate incidents.
• Document findings, create tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the improvement of SOC processes and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cyber security and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluent written and spoken communication in Finnish and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with customers.
• Experience handling ticket‑based, assignment‑driven service environments.
