Service Contract Salesperson – Automatic Doors

About the role

KDB Finland Oy, an automatic door business within the KONE group, is looking for an active service contract salesperson based in Helsinki, covering also eastern Finland. About 30% of the work involves travel within Finland. You will actively develop customer relationships with existing and new customers, identify opportunities for service contracts and grow the order volume and profitability of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as account manager and actively develop customer relationships in your own territory
• Strengthen KDB's market position in your customer and market segment
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solve development needs together with the KONE team
• Maintain customer and contact data and document them in the CRM system
• Handle sales leads, opportunities, orders and contracts so that sales targets and pricing are met and CRM stays up to date

Required profile

• Strong previous experience in sales, with proven results
• Appropriate education; technical knowledge is an advantage
• Wide experience in meetings, presentations, negotiations and closing deals, including understanding of tender processes, post-sales support and contract and financial basics
• Experience managing accounts and developing customer relationships
• Fluent Finnish and English
