Service Contract Manager

About the role

Miele is looking for a Service Contract Manager in Vantaa to own and develop its service contract portfolio across the full contract lifecycle. The role works closely with customers, Sales, Service and Customer Operations to turn service agreements into long-term customer value and recurring growth, and reports to the Head of Service.

Key responsibilities

• Increase service contract penetration and service revenue across the customer base.
• Identify and develop new service business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
• Own the end-to-end service contract sales process, from lead generation to contract implementation.
• Manage and develop the existing service contract portfolio, including renewals and upselling.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor for service solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and Customer Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to the development of service offerings, sales tools and operational processes.

Required profile

• A relevant education in business or another related field.
• Experience in contract management, service business, commercial operations or project management.
• Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.
• Customer-centric, a trusted relationship builder, structured and analytical, solution-oriented and curious about improving processes.

Required skills

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Solid IT skills and experience working with IT systems.
• Commercial understanding and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
