Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI

About the role

Fazer Group is looking for a Senior Specialist in Analytics & AI to develop commercial analytics, reporting, and AI‑powered insights that support business growth across its markets. You will combine data, technology, and business understanding to help commercial teams make smarter decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards and KPIs in Power BI.
• Support AI and advanced‑analytics use cases, including forecasting, performance understanding and commercial effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, controlling, ICT, data teams and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvements in reporting standards and governance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Experience working independently while collaborating across functions.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.

Required skills

• Power BI, data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable data‑cloud platform.
• Hands‑on experience developing AI and machine‑learning use cases.
