Senior Software Engineer – DevOps & Platform Engineering

About the role

DNA Digital Channels builds and runs customer‑facing digital services for B2C and B2B customers. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to shape the next generation of software development, focusing on DevOps and platform engineering. In this hands‑on role you will create and operate shared platforms, automation, and agentic development capabilities that enable teams to deliver independently and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing and continuous learning to accelerate customer value delivery.
• Build reusable platform and agentic development capabilities that improve software delivery, quality and developer productivity.
• Develop platform services that increase team autonomy, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, cloud infrastructure and self‑service tooling.
• Validate new capabilities with development teams and scale successful practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with business, design and engineering stakeholders to continuously improve how software is developed at DNA.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools, automated workflows and emerging technologies such as agent frameworks and MCP.
• Understanding of evaluation, human oversight, security and responsible AI usage.
• Strong software engineering background with ability to design, build and operate maintainable production solutions.
• Experience building and operating modern cloud‑native systems, including APIs, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, observability and reliability practices.
• Ability to balance team autonomy with shared standards, reusable capabilities and governance.
