Senior Native Mobile Developer (iOS & Android)

About the role

Reaktor's tech community is looking for an experienced Senior Native Mobile Developer to join its Gaming & Entertainment Business Unit in Helsinki. You will work on native iOS and Android applications, solving complex challenges in multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop native mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
• Build polished mobile UI experiences, including high‑performance animations.
• Work on mobile SDKs, integrations, analytics, ads, or attribution frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and guide technology choices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long‑term technical direction.
• Take ownership of testing, debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production quality.
• Occasionally contribute beyond mobile when backend, API, or cloud knowledge is needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and/or Objective‑C.
• Strong experience in native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Testing ownership mindset, responsible for the full development cycle.
• Experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders to solve ambiguous problems.
• Fluent verbal and written English for international collaboration.
• Several years of professional experience across both mobile ecosystems.
