Senior Managing Consultant

About the role

Midagon is seeking a Senior Managing Consultant to lead high‑impact transformation programmes for leading organisations across industries. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes while driving complex ERP and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from conception to delivery.
• Manage project, program and portfolio activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Design and implement operating models, product lifecycle, and industrial digitalisation solutions.
• Support M&A integrations, carve‑outs, and automation system roll‑outs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Midagon’s capability development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Master’s degree in economics, business, engineering or related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
