About the role

Visionite is expanding its presence in Finland with a new office in Helsinki. We are seeking a Senior IT Architect to join our early‑stage team, shaping the technical direction of client projects while enjoying a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Design and oversee implementation of software solutions across various technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams using agile methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in system development.
• Proven ability to adapt to different technology stacks or deep expertise in Java or Microsoft platforms.
• Strong communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Motivation to deliver high‑quality solutions and continuously improve.
