Senior FP&A Manager

About the role

ICEYE is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to act as the financial brain behind major investment decisions, business cases, and operational strategy. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will partner with senior leaders to shape capital allocation, scale operations, and plan for future growth.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to board and investor materials, ensuring a clear and coherent financial narrative.
• Lead the development and stress‑testing of business cases for new programmes, capex, technology platforms and strategic partnerships.
• Own post‑investment reviews to validate assumptions and improve future decision‑making.
• Drive long‑range financial planning, translating strategic ambition into multi‑year financial models.
• Identify key value drivers and build analytical frameworks linking operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Redesign budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes to reduce cycle time and increase insight quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior FP&A or strategic finance roles, preferably in high‑tech or capital‑intensive environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and present clear go/no‑go recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for board, investor and executive audiences.
• Track record of leading business‑case development and long‑range planning.
