Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Baltics

About the role

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new‑business SaaS revenue across the Baltic region. You will work with C‑suite leaders to position ServiceNow’s AI‑enabled platform as a strategic solution for their IT and digital transformation roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with multiple C‑suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across target accounts.
• Lead account strategy and coordinate a virtual team of Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, partners and marketing.
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer business challenges and recommending ServiceNow solutions.
• Identify and engage the right specialist resources at the appropriate stage of the sales cycle.
• Achieve new‑business sales targets and negotiate contracts while maintaining healthy C‑level relationships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in software or solutions sales, with a proven record of selling SaaS solutions in the Baltic countries.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and internal teams.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience thinking critically about AI integration into business processes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English; local language (preferably Estonian) and Russian are a plus.
