About the role
ABB is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join the DevOps team within ABB Drive Products. You will help maintain and evolve a common delivery pipeline for embedded firmware development teams, ensuring reliable build, test and release processes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage global CI/CD infrastructure for embedded firmware.
- Improve delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency.
- Support cybersecurity activities including code signing, security testing and pipeline scans.
- Act as the liaison between development, operations and manufacturing teams.
- Coach engineers across multiple products and projects, sharing best practices.
Required profile
- Solid experience with CI/CD, cloud and virtualization technologies.
- Proven senior‑level DevOps expertise, preferably in embedded systems.
- Self‑motivated, curious and eager to learn new technologies.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
