Senior Datacenter Construction Manager

About the role

Cerebras is looking for a Senior Datacenter Construction Manager to lead white-space fit-out projects in colocation facilities and keep construction schedules on track for AI-focused data center builds. Reporting to the Director of Data Center Construction, you will ensure rapid, high-quality, safe, and cost-effective deployment of high-performance infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned data center construction projects from planning through commissioning and turnover.
• Lead data hall build-out activities including rack installation, containment, power distribution, cooling integration and network readiness.
• Coordinate daily with colocation providers, contractors, vendors and internal engineering teams to meet aggressive timelines.
• Develop, maintain and challenge detailed construction schedules, identify critical-path risks and implement recovery plans.
• Control cost, schedule, quality and safety across all workstreams and ensure compliance with Cerebras construction standards.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of mission-critical construction experience, preferably in data centers.
• Proven track record delivering white-space fit-out projects within colocation environments.
• Strong understanding of power, cooling, controls and rack-level infrastructure in high-density settings.
• Experience managing multiple complex construction projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
