Senior Brand Designer (Visual)

About the role

Wärtsilä’s Marketing and Communications Brand Center of Excellence is seeking a Senior Brand Designer (Visual) to shape and deliver the visual expression of the brand across physical and digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product, event, and marketing teams to ensure every visual asset reflects the brand’s identity and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑quality marketing assets such as PowerPoint presentations, print materials, brochures, signage, and branded collateral.
• Own the visual design for physical products, ensuring alignment between brand identity and product appearance.
• Collaborate with industrial design, product, and engineering teams to integrate brand requirements into product visuals.
• Support the Brand Operations Lead in designing and executing event environments, signage, and branded elements.
• Provide ad‑hoc visual design support for internal stakeholders across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or visual designer, preferably in a corporate or brand‑focused environment.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across diverse media.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in visual design for print and digital media.
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and branded collateral.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into tangible visual outputs.
