Seasonal Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our lively team at Northern Lights Village for the upcoming winter season. The role is focused on delivering warm, personalized service to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations at the reception.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Answer guest inquiries and promote local attractions and activities.
• Manage reservations using the hotel’s booking system.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and welcoming reception area.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a hotel receptionist or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capability.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Experience with property management or reservation systems.
