Sales Summer Internship 2027

About the role

P&G is offering a 10-week paid summer internship in sales, based at its Espoo office in Finland. The internship runs from 7 June 2027 to 13 August 2027, with onboarding starting the week of 7 June 2027 and likely combining training in Espoo and Stockholm. Interns work on live business projects and are expected to take the lead from day one, with coaching, mentoring and formal training. Applications close on 1 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real, live business projects and take responsibility for them from day one
• Build and design ideas, strategise using analytics and shopper insights, and sell, negotiate and execute them
• Receive coaching, mentoring and formal training while delivering work

Required profile

• Undergraduate students who will have completed their degree by summer 2028, or graduates who have completed a degree
• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
• Demonstrated leadership skills and analytical capability
• Strong Finnish and English verbal and written skills to business proficiency
• Passion for pursuing a career at P&G after graduation
