Release Train Architect (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Release Train Architect (RTA) to work on Tieto Caretech’s healthcare products, ensuring architectural and technical decisions align with Lifecare strategy, data security and requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and verify software architecture with a focus on product‑level and system‑wide concerns.
• Apply advanced .NET concepts, design patterns and SOLID principles to build robust solutions.
• Lead and mentor web‑development teams using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, SPA and NgRx/Redux.
• Deliver full‑stack solutions on the .NET stack, implementing SOA, IOC, REST APIs, micro‑services and event‑driven architecture.
• Collaborate with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD and Docker containers to enable continuous delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software industry experience.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, patterns and cross‑browser standards.
• Experience with cloud development, preferably Azure.
• Familiarity with Domain‑Driven Design, Test‑Driven Development and healthcare standards such as OpenEHR, FHIR and HL7.
