QA Test Lead - Games

About the role

Next Games, a Netflix first‑party studio, is looking for a QA Test Lead who is passionate about video games and eager to drive quality across multiple titles. You will partner with design, development, and production teams to ensure our games meet the highest standards for functionality, usability, and player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more game projects from a QA perspective, defining test strategies and coordinating with external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases to guarantee seamless game functionality.
• Identify, log, review, and verify bugs while leveraging analytics tools and data to inform decisions.
• Participate in product design reviews, offering feedback on functionality, schedules, and potential risks.
• Provide recommendations on software usability, accessibility, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with production, support, and other QA teams to share knowledge and improve game quality.
• Facilitate effective communication and test execution with external developers and QA providers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar senior QA role.
• Experience working on multiple game titles or products.
• Experience collaborating with external developers and QA providers.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategy, and scheduling concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms such as iOS and Android.
