QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)

About the role

We are looking for QA Engineers who can handle both manual testing and test automation to support our industrial customers from our Tampere office. The position operates in a hybrid model, with a few days on‑site each week.

Key responsibilities

• Define test cases based on end‑customer requirements.
• Support project delivery and implementation activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• At least a few years of experience in software testing.
• Relevant technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and support subject‑matter experts.
• Proactive, self‑driven, and able to work independently while building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working as part of a Scrum team.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Finnish is a plus.
