Project Manager – Construction

About the role

Linesight is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Finland. You will work with diverse, high‑performing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of complex, MEP‑heavy construction projects.
• Monitor daily field activities, track progress, quality, safety, and report issues.
• Lead onsite, assess progress, enforce safe work practices, and coordinate snagging with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and execute handover plans, ensuring complete documentation and timely handover.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively, implement and monitor project processes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead key meetings, communicate impacts, and review variations and delays.

Required profile

• Fluent in Finnish.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years managing large, complex construction projects, preferably in the Nordics, with full work rights in Finland.
• Strong understanding of CSA standards, MEP systems, local codes, breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems.
• Proven contractor/vendor management experience (RFPs, bidding, change orders) and design management.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or working toward certification (support provided).
• Experience on international projects with cultural and DE&I awareness.
