Project Coordinator – Creative & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Nordics team at SAMY. You will own multiple creative, digital and integrated marketing projects, working closely with clients and cross‑functional teams to move initiatives from concept to delivery while maintaining high quality and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns and digital productions, ensuring alignment on timing, scope and deliverables.
• Lead and manage several productions and digital projects simultaneously, keeping them on track, on time and within budget.
• Own project goals, schedules and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including creative, growth and research—to guarantee seamless collaboration and high‑quality outputs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout production, managing expectations and feedback loops.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.

Required profile

• Experience in campaign and content production and project management within a creative, digital or marketing agency.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns and digital productions, managing budgets, timelines and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
