Portfolio Manager

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager for Finland. The role will shape and optimise the company’s Software & Services portfolio for the Finnish market, ensuring offerings are easy to buy, easy to sell and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and market expansion in Finland.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, operations and Nordic stakeholders to align portfolio initiatives.
• Own the Software & Services catalogue, continuously improving relevance, commercial appeal and operational deliverability.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends and competitive intelligence into differentiated, customer-centric solutions.
• Lead commercial readiness, launch new offerings and monitor adoption.
• Stay ahead of HR technology, SaaS, AI and evolving customer needs to keep the portfolio competitive.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, portfolio or strategic marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
• Deep understanding of the Finnish market and B2B SaaS/HR technology landscape.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling commercial offerings.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
