People Operations Leader

About the role

Blueprint Genetics is seeking a People Operations Leader to shape and execute HR strategy across the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while also handling day‑to‑day HR operations for a fast‑growing life‑sciences organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people operations for EMEA, APAC and Canada, covering performance, talent, employee relations, total rewards and payroll.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR solutions with business objectives and provide executive coaching.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR reporting and HRIS administration.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through development programs, design initiatives, transformation and change management.
• Manage and mentor a local HR team of two professionals, fostering high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws while maintaining global HR standards in collaboration with Quest Diagnostics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in People Operations or HR leadership within an international, fast‑growing environment.
• Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives.
• Comfortable working hands‑on across all HR functions and leading cross‑functional projects.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for senior executives and managers.
