People eXperience (PX) Partner – Finland

About the role

Trimble is looking for a People eXperience (PX) Partner in Espoo to support about 200 employees across its Finnish business groups. The role advises local leaders, bridges global PX strategy with local execution and reports to the PX Manager in Finland. It sits within the Western EMEA PX team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local implementation of global people processes, covering talent management, performance development, employee engagement and culture.
• Manage employee relations, handle sensitive cases and guide leaders through personnel and organisational initiatives in line with Finnish labour law.
• Advise and coach managers on workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.
• Support change management and drive initiatives that raise employee engagement.
• Facilitate company-wide PX processes and host regular informational meetings for employees.

Required profile

• At least 4 years as an HR Partner, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment, with a track record of PX initiatives such as compliance, compensation and benefits.
• Deep knowledge of Finnish labour law.
• Professional fluency in Finnish and English.
• Bonus points: degree in HR or a related field, experience with the IT service sector collective agreement, familiarity with Workday, change management background, fluent Swedish.

Work is based in the Leppävaara office in Espoo at least 4 days a week, with minimal travel.
