About the role

Hotel Kämp, a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Helsinki, is seeking enthusiastic part‑time waitstaff to join its restaurant team. The role starts in October 2026 and involves serving guests from breakfast through dinner, with shifts ranging from 40 to 70 hours over a three‑week period.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, warm, and sophisticated service in the dining room.
• Serve à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner with meticulous attention to detail.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and demonstrate deep knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Maintain elegant table settings and ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen team.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering premium restaurant experiences.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable waitstaff role.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a strong advantage.
• Ability to remain polished, situationally aware, and friendly in fast‑paced environments.
• Positive, solution‑oriented attitude and teamwork spirit.
