About the role

Join the festive team at Santa’s Main Post Office in Rovaniemi as a Guide Elf. You will welcome visitors, provide top‑level customer service and help create a magical holiday experience for an international audience during the busy Christmas season.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth flow through the shop.
• Act as a "door elf" to guide customers, answer questions and manage queues.
• Support store operations such as sorting, stocking and basic maintenance when needed.
• Maintain a cheerful and calm demeanor even during peak periods.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to treat each guest individually.
• Good stress tolerance and the capacity to stay positive under pressure.
• Willingness to embrace the elf role and convey festive spirit.
• Fluent Finnish and English; additional language skills are a plus.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract from 1 December 2026 to 6 January 2027.
• 30 hours per week, with shifts on weekdays and holidays.
• Hourly wage of €14.94, in line with the logistics collective agreement.
