Mid-Level React Native Software Engineer

About the role

Epassi is looking for a mid‑level software engineer to join a cross‑functional product team and help build a modern React Native application that supports the company’s employee‑benefit vision. You will own feature areas, work across the stack and grow technical responsibility in a fast‑growing, AI‑native environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high‑quality features in the React Native mobile app, from implementation through testing and release.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, manage async data flows, loading states and error handling.
• Write clean, testable TypeScript code and contribute to code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to refine requirements and make sound technical decisions.
• Debug and resolve issues in development and production, and participate in architectural discussions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 1 year of hands‑on React Native or mobile development.
• Solid experience building production React Native apps with TypeScript, functional components and hooks.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand) and navigation patterns (React Navigation).
