Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

Munchi is seeking a Marketing & Growth Specialist to build brand awareness and drive restaurant acquisition through content, community, partnerships and paid campaigns. This is a growth‑hacker role focused on creating demand and measurable expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with founders to develop scalable growth channels beyond traditional sales.
• Build and nurture a community of restaurant owners and enthusiasts.
• Create and execute growth campaigns across social, content, paid ads, partnerships and community.
• Produce short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Turn customer stories, product launches and insights into shareable content.
• Manage paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Build landing pages, funnels, email sequences and other conversion assets.
• Launch referral, ambassador, creator and partner programs.
• Collaborate with sales to convert demand into qualified leads.
• Track performance, analyse results and iterate quickly.

Required profile

• Founder‑mindset with ability to move fast without perfect instructions.
• Deep understanding of social media dynamics and content virality.
• Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content.
• Comfortable talking to customers and turning insights into campaigns.
• Passionate about restaurants, local businesses, technology and AI.
• Demonstrated ability to grow audiences, launch brands or scale ads.

Required skills

• Short‑form video creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
• Running paid advertising on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Copywriting for ads, landing pages, emails and product launches.
• Analytics using tools such as GA4.
• Use of AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
