About the role

Machine Learning Engineer at Reaktor in Helsinki, turning proof‑of‑concept ideas into production‑grade AI services. You will build, deploy and maintain cutting‑edge machine‑learning models that deliver continuous value to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with client tech and business teams to select appropriate technologies and deliver project outcomes.
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain ML models that run reliably in production.
• Create pipelines for continuous collection of new training data.
• Build interfaces to deliver model results to end users and contribute to broader software development tasks such as debugging and architecture design.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying machine‑learning models.
• Strong understanding of common machine‑learning techniques and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and translate data needs into technical solutions.

Required skills

• Python (required); Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++ (optional).
• SQL for data manipulation.
• Infrastructure‑as‑code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
