About the role

StaffMill Oy is looking for a motivated earthworks worker for a short‑term assignment of about 1–1.5 months in Siilinjärvi. The role involves practical, physical outdoor work on construction sites during weekdays.

Key responsibilities

Perform various compaction (tärytystyö) tasks at the construction site.
Carry out physical outdoor work on weekdays.

Required profile

Valid occupational safety card.
Experience with compaction work.
Energetic attitude and readiness for physical work.
