Logistics Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support major equipment installations across our construction sites in the Helsinki region. The role reports to the Regional Logistics Lead and works closely with project, construction and commercial teams to ensure smooth material flow and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute site logistics, including transport, storage and routing of generators, transformers, chillers and prefabricated modules.
• Manage logistics booking systems, delivery platforms and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project planners, commercial managers and construction managers to align logistics activities with the build programme.
• Monitor inventory levels, identify risks, reconcile stock and implement cost‑saving improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements and manage logistics budgets.

Required profile

• Construction management qualification (required) and SMSTS/SSSTS certification (desired).
• Proven experience managing complex logistics on live construction sites, preferably in hyperscale data‑center or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills, able to work collaboratively across logistics and construction teams.
