About the role

Wella is looking for an energetic and versatile Educator to join its Wella Education team in Finland. The role combines deep expertise in hair colour, trend awareness and business insight to inspire and develop professional hairdressers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve Wella Education trainings – in‑studio, on‑site and digitally.
• Inspire and motivate hairdressers, strengthening their professional pride.
• Elevate client expertise in advanced colour services such as lightening, toning, colour changes and trend colours.
• Act as a role model, helping salons increase service sales, average ticket size and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to grow key accounts.
• Create engaging social‑media content (e.g., Instagram) that supports training and reinforces the Wella brand.

Required profile

• Exceptional hair‑colour expertise and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
• Confident presentation skills and the ability to inspire others.
• Understanding of salon day‑to‑day operations, cost structures and profitable business models.
• Ability to translate training outcomes into sales and customer value.
• Energetic, proactive and versatile work approach.
• Interest and capability to produce impactful social‑media content for professionals.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Formal hairdresser training and practical experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Advanced hair‑colour techniques (lightening, toning, colour changes, trend colours).
• Social‑media content creation, particularly Instagram.
