Key Account Manager Data Centers - Nordics

About the role

Carrier, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is looking for a Key Account Manager for its data centre business in the Nordic region. The role owns strategic customer relationships, influences business outcomes and drives growth across key data centre accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders and leading critical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for data centre customers, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Understand customers' needs and goals and develop tailored solutions for each account.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and providing ongoing support.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare and share regular reports on account status, sales performance and key indicators with senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in key account management for data centres.
• Passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English.
• HVAC-related experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Annual salary of EUR 53,500 to 106,500, depending on skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
