Java Engineer

About the role

Finnplay is seeking a Java Engineer to join its Platform team, working on web‑based systems for the iGaming industry. The position can be based in Tallinn, Estonia or Espoo, Finland, with a hybrid work model requiring office attendance twice a week.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Java applications.
• Write well‑designed, efficient and testable code.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing and debugging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of solid Java backend development experience.
• Experience developing web‑based systems and strong understanding of OOP concepts.
