Infrastructure Superintendent

About the role

As an Infrastructure Superintendent at Linesight you will lead the delivery of large‑scale civil works for data centre projects, working closely with a multicultural team and reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Employer’s Representative and report directly to the Senior Project Manager.
• Oversee the entire construction, fit‑out, commissioning and handover phases of the project.
• Supervise early infrastructure works, including on‑site roads, loading/off‑loading zones, laydown and welfare areas, as well as off‑site road infrastructure and transport interfaces.
• Coordinate municipal works and liaise with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) to ensure compliance.
• Ensure the project meets KPIs and Data Centre Development (DCD) guidelines and standards.
• Maintain statutory compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and building codes.
• Provide guidance, corrective actions and delivery options as needed.
• Manage all civil‑works activities, coordinating full‑time resources, vendors and contractors.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of recent experience managing large, complex civil‑construction projects, including ground improvement, deep foundations, rock blasting and utility services.
• Strong understanding of HV/MV power transmission systems and CSA & MEP systems engineering principles.
• Experience as a general contractor with vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders).
• Proven track record on international projects and awareness of cultural, diversity and inclusivity considerations.
• Civil construction background; industrial / data‑centre construction experience preferred (5+ years).
• Good knowledge of design management and stakeholder coordination.
