Industrial Security Expert

About the role

We are seeking an Industrial Security Expert to join our Cyber team in Finland. You will work with operational technology (OT) and industrial automation and control systems (IACS) to improve the cybersecurity posture of critical infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on industrial experience with security consultancy to solve real‑world threats.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and enhance the security of OT and IACS environments.
• Perform risk assessments, threat modelling and security audits.
• Advise clients on secure product development and lifecycle practices.
• Support implementation of cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443.
• Prepare security documentation and deliver consultancy reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in industrial cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation or related field.
• Fluent English communication; Finnish is a plus.

Required skills

• IEC 62443 standard knowledge.
• Secure product development principles.
• Embedded/IoT security.
• Security controls and hardening techniques.
• Industrial communication protocols.
• Threat modelling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, COBIT, NIST SP 800‑53.
• Understanding of IACS components and SCADA concepts.
• Defense‑in‑Depth strategies.
• Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.
• Programming for automation or security tasks.
