Human Resources Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for the EMEA region works closely with leaders and employees across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Acting as the primary HR contact, the HRBP provides strategic guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand business priorities, workforce challenges and talent needs, offering advice on structure, succession and development.
• Advise on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, performance issues and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance discussions, coaching and talent review.
• Lead recruitment activities for assigned EMEA positions, from defining requirements to sourcing, assessing and recommending candidates.
• Assist leaders with organizational change initiatives, assessing workforce impact and facilitating communication and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies, supporting audits, reporting and continuous improvement of HR programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across multiple EMEA countries.
• Ability to influence and coach managers on people‑related issues while balancing business objectives.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
