HR Manager – Finland

About the role

We are looking for an operational HR Manager to support our Finnish operations. The role will partner closely with local leadership and the wider HR EMEA team to drive HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, payroll and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and performance management.
• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Finnish labor regulations and internal policies.
• Design and deliver training and development programs.
• Maintain payroll processing and related reporting.
• Analyze HR metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support change‑management initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of HR generalist or HR business partner experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (master’s preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing, operations or fast‑paced environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and travel occasionally to other sites.
• High integrity, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
