HR Manager – Europe (Finland based)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager for Europe to lead day‑to‑day HR operations and employee programs across ten countries. Based in Finland, you will partner closely with regional HR colleagues and report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Key responsibilities

• Implement annual HR programs and initiatives throughout the European region.
• Support compensation review processes and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and collective agreements.
• Lead regional employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development activities.
• Drive regional recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding processes, supporting employer branding and candidate experience.
• Lead learning and development programs across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR operations in a multi‑country European environment.
• Strong knowledge of European employment legislation and collective agreements.
• Ability to provide high‑quality HR support to managers and employees.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
