Group Chief Accountant

About the role

Eficode is seeking an experienced Group Chief Accountant to lead accounting integrity, financial control and compliance across its international group. Reporting to the CFO, you will help build a scalable, group‑led finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Group balance sheet and cash flow, ensuring accuracy and strong financial control.
• Lead, coach and develop members of the Finance team.
• Drive consistency and standardisation across Group accounting processes, controls and ways of working.
• Lead tax, treasury, banking, liquidity, transfer pricing and financial compliance areas.
• Coordinate external audits and strengthen the internal control environment.
• Support management of foreign exchange exposure and broader financial risks.

Required profile

• 10+ years’ experience in accounting, financial control or a senior finance role.
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Experience in a complex, multi‑entity or international organisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
