Global SIOP Manager

About the role

As a Global SIOP Manager you will connect demand, operations and inventory across Danfoss’s worldwide manufacturing network. You will balance customer demand with production capacity, influencing performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global supply review processes across multiple manufacturing sites, aligning demand, capacity, materials and operational resources.
• Drive the transition from Anaplan to SAP IBP, establishing a scalable operational planning environment.
• Coordinate forecasting, inventory and operational planning for key product lines, supporting new product introductions and ramp‑ups.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, sales, project management and operations to address planning challenges and supply risks.
• Develop data‑driven insights, reporting and scenario analyses to enable faster decision‑making and supply flexibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and operations planning, supply planning, demand planning or broader supply chain management.
• Strong analytical ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to influence and collaborate across functions, locations and cultures without direct authority.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
