Global Product Manager – Digital Portfolio, Motion Service

About the role

ABB is seeking a Global Product Manager to lead the commercial ramp‑up of its Electrical Signal Analysis (ESA) monitoring solution. You will drive market adoption, shape product strategy and work closely with sales units worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global ESA product strategy, roadmap and go‑to‑market plan, aligning R&D, market needs and business objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications, providing performance updates and governance.
• Drive global sales growth and market expansion by working directly with customers, strategic accounts and local sales units.
• Enable and optimise sales performance through training, enablement initiatives, pipeline reviews and KPI tracking.
• Champion cross‑functional collaboration, using customer and sales feedback to refine product positioning and align R&D, marketing, operations and finance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in industrial technology or condition monitoring.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving sales growth in global or multi‑regional roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset able to operate at strategic and operational levels.
• Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with customers and sales teams.
