Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental businesses. As a Founding Growth Marketer you will work directly with the founder to design and execute growth strategies that turn attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns and be accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and stopping what doesn’t.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution, and communicate insights.

• Fast learner who can pick up new growth channels and tools quickly.
• Highly motivated to become a top growth marketer and deliver commercial results.
• Resourceful, self‑directed and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, fast‑moving environment.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into action.

Required skills

• Experience with paid advertising platforms.
• Search engine optimisation (SEO) knowledge.
• Outbound prospecting and partnership development.
• Content creation and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, copy, targeting and automation.
