Founding CTO – AI‑Powered Preventative Health Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Founding CTO to lead the technology behind our AI‑powered preventative health platform. You will shape both the product and the company from day one, building scalable, data‑driven solutions that enable proactive, personalized healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable software architecture for the platform.
• Lead development of AI and data‑driven health applications.
• Define long‑term technology road‑maps and IT strategy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy regulations.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering team.
• Align technical decisions with business and clinical objectives.

Required profile

• Strong background in software development and product development.
• Experience designing secure, scalable systems for regulated industries.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead technical talent.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and clinical teams.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
