Executive Communications Lead – Finance, Legal & Geopolitics

About the role

The Executive Communications Lead supports Nokia’s Finance, Legal, Government and Geopolitical Relations functions, shaping the narrative for senior leaders and key stakeholder groups. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Communication, the role partners directly with the CFO, CLO and Chief Government & Geopolitical Relations Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own integrated communications strategies aligned with Nokia’s business priorities and corporate narrative.
• Translate complex financial, legal, regulatory, technology and geopolitical developments into clear, compelling messages for internal and external audiences.
• Create executive content such as speeches, videos, presentations, internal posts and strategic messaging materials.
• Prepare senior executives for high‑profile engagements, including media interviews, analyst briefings, policy forums and industry events.
• Coordinate resources across internal communications, media relations, analyst relations, digital channels and agency partners to deliver high‑impact programmes.
• Ensure consistency and alignment across executive narratives, reinforcing Nokia’s strategy, values and long‑term ambitions.

Required profile

• Proven senior communications experience, preferably within a large multinational.
• Exceptional stakeholder‑management and judgement, able to balance competing priorities.
• Strong advisory capability, trusted by senior executives.
• Ability to simplify and articulate complex business, legal and geopolitical issues.
