Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the role

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative you will be instrumental in breaking into new accounts and building relationships across multiple contacts within our target customer segments. You will collaborate closely with the broader sales team, conduct market research to uncover new prospects, and qualify leads by understanding their onboarding approach.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Deel’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, turning leads into opportunities and closed business.
• Educate and develop leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaign outreach.
• Generate email sequences, make cold calls, and map/penetrate target accounts.
• Conduct follow‑up communications until meetings are secured.
• Support marketing activities and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, remote team environment.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and self‑motivation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota‑carrying targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
