Electrical Supervisor – Owner’s Representative

About the role

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to act as the Owner’s Representative on a data‑centre project in Lahti. You will ensure that all electrical installations are delivered to design, specification and client standards while maintaining safety, quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site electrical works including power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear and cabling.
• Monitor installations against design drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client (owner) and contractors for all electrical matters.
• Review method statements, material submissions and technical queries.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections, quality checks and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Support commissioning, testing and documentation of electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections and non‑conformances and provide regular reports to the Project Manager and client.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of on‑site electrical supervision on hyperscale or mission‑critical data‑centre projects.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in the EU; experience in the Nordics is a plus.
• Professional level of English.
