Electrical Foreman – Data Center Projects

About the role

RNDV is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead installation and termination works for data centre and industrial projects across Europe. You will manage a team of skilled electricians, ensuring high‑quality execution on site and supporting the overall project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10+ electricians on data centre and industrial installations.
• Ensure smooth project execution, monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to the Site Manager and communicate with Project Managers and client representatives.
• Control material requirements, prepare and submit orders to the client.
• Work on international assignments, typically 4–6 weeks on‑site followed by 1–2 weeks of rest in Lithuania.

Required profile

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation or Electrotechnics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership and work organization within industrial projects.
• Good command of English and intermediate Russian.
• Valid driving licence and motivation to grow, innovate and lead.
• Additional certifications such as VCA, VCA‑VOLSSGIPAF are a plus.
