EdTech Assessment and Operations Consultant

About the role

The UNICEF Global Learning Innovation Hub is seeking an EdTech Assessment and Operations Consultant for a 12‑month, office‑based assignment in Helsinki. You will play a pivotal role in managing the pipeline of digital education solutions that support UNICEF’s mission to deliver equitable, inclusive learning outcomes for children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen the application, assessment, curation, and product‑listing processes of the Learning Cabinet.
• Coordinate the flow of tools through Quick Assessment and Full Assessment stages.
• Integrate expert evaluators into the assessment workflow and support the Learning Cabinet Committee in decision‑making.
• Communicate with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure transparent and timely processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of the evaluation framework, platform workflows, and the EdTech for Good Framework by capturing and analysing feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in EdTech assessment, digital education projects, or related consultancy work.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Ability to analyse and synthesize feedback to enhance processes and frameworks.
