About the role
StaffMill Oy is looking for an experienced earthworks worker for full‑time, fixed‑term positions on construction sites in the Lappeenranta and Imatra area. You will operate an excavator as a rear‑operator and perform ground‑work tasks across various projects.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the rear‑operator controls of an excavator on construction sites.
- Perform ground‑work duties as a foot worker.
- Use a level laser for measurements and positioning.
- Read and interpret earthworks drawings and site photographs.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an excavator rear‑operator or ground worker.
- Ability to operate a level laser accurately.
- Capability to read technical drawings and site images.
